Summer Packages
Package 1: The Maintenance (3 total sessions for the summer)
Ideal for families with heavy travel schedules who want light touchpoints to keep skills intact.
30-Minute Sessions: $215 total | $205 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
45-Minute Sessions: $295 total | $280 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
60-Minute Sessions: $375 total | $355 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
Package 2: The Bridge (5 total sessions for the summer)
A balanced approach to bridge the gap between school years without overtaking your summer break.
30-Minute Sessions: $360 total | $340 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
45-Minute Sessions: $495 total | $470 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
60-Minute Sessions: $630 total | $595 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
Package 3: The Progress (8 total sessions for the summer)
Our highest level of summer support, designed for consistent momentum and targeting active IEP goals.
30-Minute Sessions: $575 total | $545 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
45-Minute Sessions: $790 total | $750 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
60-Minute Sessions: $1,005 total | $955 if Paid in Full (Save an extra 5%)
*Sessions can be added at the same rate after package is purchased.
We operate as a strict Private Pay Only provider for our summer packages. Please note that insurance Superbills will not be provided for summer program sessions.
Note: Your clinician will recommend the optimal session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes) based on your child's unique goals, attention span, and sensory needs.
We understand that summer looks different for every family, with vacations, camps, and changing routines. To accommodate your summer plans, we use a flexible, rolling booking system:
Bi-Weekly Calendar Openings: The booking calendar opens every two weeks throughout the summer program.
Book on Your Own Terms: Once the calendar opens, you simply log in and select the session days and times that work best for your family's schedule for the upcoming two-week block.
Meet Your Package Goals: You have total freedom over when you book, as long as you fulfill your selected package’s session count within the month to ensure therapeutic continuity.
Who It's For: This program is open to students currently receiving speech and language services under an active IEP or 504 plan.
Session Continuity: To ensure maximum progress, missed sessions must be rescheduled within the same calendar month.
Payments: If not paid in full, payments will be dived into 3 payments over the summer session.
Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a late fee.
Caregiver Participation: A parent or guardian must remain in the home during the session to facilitate carryover and coaching.
Travel Boundaries: Depending on your exact location, additional travel fees may apply.
